Latest Projects

New Investment in Durres.

Durrës Yachts & Marina could be the largest superyacht marina in the Mediterranean, and it’ll be built in the Albanian city of Durrës. Durrës Yachts & Marina is set to redefine luxury lifestyle, while accommodating some of the largest yachts in the global fleet.
Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company and property developer, Eagle Hills, is behind the project. The $2.5 billion deal will see a complete transformation to the region. Chairman of the company, Mohamed Alabbar, said “This development is the pinnacle of luxury living, whilst at the same time bringing immense new investment, infrastructure and long-term growth opportunities to Albania.”
As well as the large marina, the development is set to include 12,000 luxury marina homes, premium retail experiences, unique shopping and dining concepts, parks and open spaces, opulent luxury hotels, world-class wellness clubs and spas, exclusive beach and marina clubs, and a terminal for international cruise liners, the first of its kind on the Albanian coast.

New Investment in Saranda

Saranda Bay Marina is a complex of hotels, residences and a yacht port that will be located along the Ionian coast. It is situated in Limioni Bay, located in the northwest of Saranda City. Saranda Bay Marina is 15 km away from the future (projected) airport of Saranda. It is a great place to drop anchor during your maritime discovery of the Mediterranean Sea. Saranda Bay Marina offers berthing for 400 vessels (currently 100 moorings), safe from the winds and the currents. Vlora  New Project
